July 3, 2013: Kabotie Lecture Series: Dr. Jessica Metcalfe, Native American Fashion, at the Native American Arts Festival in Idyllwild, CA. "More than Just a Trend: Rethinking the 'Native' in Native Fashion" tells a story that discusses historical Native adornment, assimilation policies, contemporary Native fashion designers, and Native appropriations in mainstream fashion. 12-1pm.

July 5, 2013: Native Fashion Show, featuring 10 designers, including Beyond Buckskin artists, event for the Native American Arts Festival in Idyllwild, CA. 7pm.
